Cattle walking the last mile to this slaughterhouse are treated to this dazzling, but incongruous display of light before the end in Gross-Umstadt near Darmstadt, West Germany, on November 29, 1962. The chandelier came from a nearby factory that didn’t have room to assemble it there, so they decided to assemble it in this slaughterhouse. Looking forward to this very much. Unfortunately they will premiere this movie in Germany not until August 9th, 2012 – two months after the international release! We have a permanently growing globalization, but aren’t able to release a movie in different countries at the same time? Fuck this. I don’t want to see the dubbed German version, I’ll go for the Original Sound anyway.
